On this trip, you will travel outside normal tourist sites, exploring the amazing landscape of floating market and rice fields as well as gaining an understanding of different views of different ethnic groups.

Day 1: Saigon - Vinh Long:
Day 2: Vinh Long - Can Tho:
Day 3: Can Tho - Sa Dec:
Day 4: Sa Dec – Saigon:
- 07:00: Car or local bus to Vinh Long.
- 11:00: Arrival a small village - non touristy town in Vinh Long province, only available at Innoviet. Boat trip around island, here you will see the daily activities of the local people along the river, and sellers & buyers bargaining and exchanging fish etc. You can observe how people make their living from the fruit trees, river and rice papers industries, where you can also participate in making rice paper.
- 13:00: Motor boat brings you to the home-stay, get acquainted with the family. Here you will have lunch with the host family. Relax.
- 15:00: Ride your bike (for about 2 hours) around the village shaded by banana, rabutan, pomelo tree and passing the immense green rice fields and admire the beautiful scenery. You will see the local children making their way to & from school in their beautiful Ao Dai uniform. Visit some houses to meet local people and see their real life, and be greeted by their warm welcome in the process. You will be given an overview of the "Making Rice Procedure" in one Rice workshop. Get to know about the "same same, but different" trees in the Mekong Delta.You will practice these names & try to guess the names of these trees just by your nose.
- 17:00: Back to the family, prepare to cook dinner, have dinner. After that we row a boat through the canal and witness the fire-flies before retiring for the night to sleep in one of the typical houses of the Mekong Delta.
Day 2: Vinh Long - Can Tho:
- 07:00: Visit the floating market village in the early morning and see how people there live and trade. The boat will take us to see some traditional local brick. You will walk through the fruit gardens and fields, feed the fish and help to cultivate farm products. Then we visit a local temple, and head back to the home stay to join in cooking lunch. You can enjoy your meal, take a rest, and say good bye to host family.
- 16:00: Take a boat to Can Tho, arriving at 6PM, then check into your hotel.
- 17:00: You will go for dinner at a local food stall, followed by an evening of leisure.
Day 3: Can Tho - Sa Dec:
- 06:30: Take a boat trip (5 hours) to see Cai Rang floating market and learn how to make local products such as rice noodle, and then try to cross the monkey bridge! Then take a slow boat trip along the small beautiful canals, stop to visit vegetable garden.Have lunch and then take the local bus to Sa Dec. Night in a hotel in Sa Dec.
Day 4: Sa Dec – Saigon:
- We visit carpet making village, flower village, ancient house.
- 12:00: Have lunch, relax, car continue bring you to visit nurcerier.
- 14:00: Car back to Ho Chi Minh City.
- 17:30: Arrival. End the trip. See you again!
