The reception staff wanted me to wait before leaving so they could check to see if I'd taken anything from the minibar, even after I told them I hadn't taken anything, which I thought was quite rude. This has never happened to me at any other hotel before.

The hotel was incredibly crowded with numerous tour groups clogging up the lifts. One of the lifts broke. My room didn't have a window.

The cleaning and porter staff were very nice and always said hello.

The only disappointement is that the hotel doesn't provide us with a baby cot, otherwise it's a perfect hotel. ; )
Clean room, friendly and helpful staffs, good breakfast too.
