Cancellation Policy

1. For less than 4 rooms reservation, cancellations policy will be as follows:

- Low season: less than 24 hours prior to arrival is subject to one night cancellation fee.

- High season: less than 72 hours prior to arrival is subject to one night cancellation fee.

2. For 5 - 9 rooms reservation, cancellations policy will be as follows:

- Low season: less than 3 days prior to arrival is subject to one night cancellation fee.

- High season: less than 7 days prior to arrival is subject to one night cancellation fee.

Late check-out policy:

- Before 6PM: 50% of one night of charge

- After 6PM: one night of charge

Children policy:

Chidren up to 11 years old sharing bed with parents are not charged including breakfast.

The maximum occupancy in Deluxe room is 2 adults with 2 children under 12 years old.
