Late check-out between 12:00 Noon and 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of the contraced rate. Late check-out after 6:00 PM will be charged the full contracted rate for an additional night.
Maximum of 2 children under 12 years of age may share a room with 2 adults free of charge.
Children from 3 to 11 years of age will be charged 5USD++ for breakfast buffet.
Children are 12 years old and above are charged as adults.
1 extra bed (inc. breakfast) will be charge of 30USD.
Changes of dates against request bookings will be treated as cancellation.
No charge will be levied on cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the check-in date.
Cancellation made between 1 day(s) and 6 day(s) will be charged 25% from the total amount of room reserved for 1 night only.
Cancellation made less than 48hrs prior to guests' arrival or no show will be subject to 1night room charge.
