Policies and Other Information
Late check-out between 12:00 Noon and 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of the contracted rate. Late check-out after 6:00 PM will be charged the full contracted rate for an additional night.
Children policy:
1. Child under 12 years old sharing the parent’s room will be free of charge (no breakfast); unless Extra Bed is required (chargeable as per Contract Rates – inclusive of breakfast).
2. Child under 12 years old sharing the parent’s room will require Extra Bed.

For FITs (less than 10 rooms)
- Minimum of 04 days’ notice prior to the Arrival Date in Low Season ( April – September )
- Minimum of 07 days’ notice prior to the Arrival Date in High Season ( October – March)

- Minimum of 21 days’ notice prior to the Arrival Date in Low Season ( April – September )
- Minimum of 30 days’ notice prior to the Arrival Date in High Season ( October – March )
Should Party B fail to comply with the above stated policy, Party A will classify the reservation as a “No-Show” and reserves the right to claim full compensation for the first nights’ accommodation.
