Rocking on Bike: 1 Day Cycling in Mekong Delta

Participating in this tour provides you with the opportunity to cycle in and around the Mekong Delta. Experience the narrow roads and the cool breeze. The pastoral beauty of the vast rice paddy fields, the fruit farms and the several branches of the Mekong River all add to the beauty of the entire experience. The cycling distance is from 40 -  50 km.

Saigon -Tien Giang - Long An - Saigon(L)

7:00 am: The tour begins with a drive to the Tien Giang province.

9:30 am: Start cycling along certain paths to get insight pineapple plantation, man-made canals and rice fields where you will see farmers crop the land with their rice and pineapple. The cycling is mainly on off roads around 5km,which bring you an authentic feeling and then we cycle through the village under the shade of coconut, water-coconut trees and star-apple trees.

1:00 pm: Stop for lunch at a local restaurant. Here you can enjoy some delicious traditional Vietnamese cuisine.

2:00 pm: Drive to Cho Gao. Here, you will cycle up to Tan An town through the extensive and strange-looking Dragon fruit farms. The trip takes about two hours and is truly memorable.

4:30 pm: Drive back to Innoviet's Office at 203 Pham Ngu Lao or to your hotel.

6:30 pm: The tour ends.
