Rocking on Bike: 3 Days Cycling in Mekong Delta

We will cycle through many provinces like Tien Giang, Vinh Long and Dong Thap. Here we have a chance to explore a maze of small canals, rivers and arroyos interspersed with villages and local floating markets (only available at Innoviet). Enjoy a boat trip to a floating market and a trip on a row boat to a bird sanctuary for an experience unlike never before. You will also spend one night with the warm and open-hearted home stay family on a small island with lots of shady fruit farms.

07:00 Start the trip by car to Tien Giang province.

09:30 Start cycling along certain paths to get insight pineapple plantation,man-made canals and rice fields where you will see farmers crop the land with their rice and pineapple. The cycling is mainly on off roads around 5km km, which bring you authentic feeling and then we cycle in to the village under the shaded trees

12:00: Car brings us to Cao Lanh. On the way we stop to have lunch.

14:00 Cycle in Thap Muoi Field, the main rice basket of the Delta and enjoy one hour rowing boat trip to get into the heart of the bird sanctuary.

16:30 Car bring us to Sadec town. check in the hotel. .

Day 2: SADEC - VINH LONG ( home stay)( B,L,D)

08:00 cycling through the biggest nursery village of Mekong Delta and through mango islands to village.

11: 30 Car bring us to Vinh Long, lunch in Vinh Long

14: 30 Our private car picks us up at the restaurant and brings us back to home-stay family. We keep cycling for two hours to get to the home stay on a small island at Vinh Long. Here you will have time to get acquainted with the hosts and take part in their small cooking class. After having dinner, you can relax on the hammocks.

Day 3: VINH LONG - LONG AN - SAI GON( B,L,)

06:30 Take a boat trip to visit a local floating market to see how local people live and earn their livings on the boats .

Come back to homestay family and enjoy your breakfast.

08:30: Cycling for 3 hours to find out more about local lives on the island and then go back to National Highway 1 where car bring us to My Tho.

13:00 stop for lunch.

14:00 Car will pick us up at the restaurant and take us to Cho Gao. There we continue our cycling trip about 2 hours to Tan An town. Going throw extensive and strange-looking Dragon fruit farms will be a memorable experience.Car bring us to Long An, cycle about 2 hours to Tan An. Then we will be picked up by car and come back to Saigon by 6:30 pm.
