Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

Inclusion:
- Transportation: Minivan, boat, rowing boat...
- English speaking guide.
- One small bottle of water / passenger.
- Entrance fee.
- Home-stay: There are 2 home-stays: typical house and new style house.
- Typical house: beautiful view (river view, nice garden), beds with mattress.
- New style house: private room for group 2 or 4 people in 1 room, beds have Vietnamese mattress.
- No sheet, river view, bathroom.
- First lunch and meals at the home-stay.
- Hotel in Can Tho: Xuan Mai hotel - standard room (A/C) for local bus option and Kim Lan hotel for car option.
- Standard hotel in Dong Thap.
Exclusion:
- First breakfast and meals in Can Tho are not included.
- Personal expenses.
- Insurance.
