Daily Mekong Group Tour (INNO-MK3A)

Day 1: Saigon - Tien Giang - Vinh Long
07:00: Start the trip to Tien Giang by car. One and a half hour boat trip up the upper Mekong to visit an ancient house, historical place. Cycle for two hours to see the daily activities of local people in the village, pass an immense fruit garden and admire the beautiful scenery: farmers collecting fruit etc. Get to know about the "same same but different" trees in Mekong Delta. Practise and guess the names of these trees using your nose. Taste tropical fruit in the local family in the star-apple village.
13:30 Have lunch in a very nice local restaurant with many dishes. Relax.
14:00 Car (or express boat if possible) will bring you to Vinh Long.
17:00 Arrive at your host family's home by motor boat and get acquainted with the family. Walk around garden, get some herbs to prepare for bathing (former natural shampoo in Vietnam). Have dinner with the host family. After that we row a boat through the canal and watch fire-flies. Take a rest after a joyful day and sleep at the homestay.

Day 2: Vinh Long - Sadec(off the beaten track - only available through Innoviet)
7:00 Visit the floating market in the early morning and see how people live and trade there. Visit a market on land. A boat will take you to a brick factory and a local temple and back to the homestay to join in cooking lunch. Enjoy your dishs done by yourselves, have a rest, and say good bye to your host family.
15:00 Take a car to Sadec.
17:30 arrive then check into your hotel. Free time at night in small town Sadec.

Day 3: Sadec - Long Xuyen - Saigon
- Transfer to nurceries (the biggest, the most beautiful nurceries in Mekong Delta). walking around flower garden, enjoy morning atmosphere in the field.
- Transfer to traditional mat-making village. Walk around the village to see local people weave mats.
- Boat up lower Mekong to Long Xuyen.
- Lunch.
13:00 Local express bus back Saigon.
18:00 Arrive at InnoViet. End the trip.
